4-H Christmas Extravaganza is November 21 (11 am -7 p.m.) Nov 22 (9 am-2 pm) at the Nashville Agriculture Building, Room 102 Agriculture Center Dr., Nashville. Local vendors will be selling their arts & crafts plus 4-H children will be selling items that they have made. There will a quilt raffle for $5 that the 4-H Sew What ? The Nash County Arts Council will host its 24th annual "A Christmas Carol," based on the classic Charles Dickens novella. This year's traditional play is directed by Dana Pippen with evening performances on Thursday, Dec. 4, Friday, Dec. 5, and Saturday, Dec. 6, at 7:30 p.m., closing with a matinee on Sunday, Dec. 7, at 2:30 p.m. General admission tickets are $13 in advance or $15 at the door.
