Leslie Webb, 77, passed away, Thursday, December 16, 2010. He was born December 12, 1933 in Wilson County. Leslie was the son of the late Willis and Viola Thigpen Webb.

He was preceded in death by a son, Frank Webb, four sisters, Lissie Holland, Dorothy Edwards, Mary Bunting and Ida Mae Bradshaw, four brothers, Albert, Wright, Jody and Harvey Webb.

  He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Florence C. Webb, two sons, Bruce Webb and wife JoElla of Nashville, Lester Webb and wife Brenda of Battleboro, two daughters, Teressa Bass and husband Ronnie of Nashville, Donna Adkins and husband Ricky of Maysville, nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brother Grover C. Webb of Rocky Mount.

Visitation was held Sunday, December 19, 2010 from 7:00-8:30 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home. Funeral services were held Monday, December 20, 2010 at 2:00PM in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with the Rev. Randy Stallings and Rev. Ronnie Bass officiating. Burial  followed at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
