Tiny O.B. Parker, 77, passed away, Thursday, December 16, 2010. He was born November 28, 1933 in Nash County. He was the son of the late Eddie and Alice Eason Parker.

O.B. was preceded in death by two brothers, Lonzie and Fonzie Parker, three sisters, Geneva Parker Joyner, Viola and Rosetta Parker.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley Vick Parker, one daughter, Shirley Ann Cox and husband Danny of Savannah Georgia, one son, Tiny “Allen” Parker and wife Deborah of Rocky Mount, two brothers, Eddie C. Parker Jr. and wife Mae of Tarboro, Deleon Parker and wife Connie of Rocky Mount, three sisters, Lola Clack, Gertie Barbie and Dorothy Collie all of Rocky Mount, three grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral Service were Saturday, December18, 2010 at 7:00PM in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. Mary Todd and Rev. Gerald Parker officiating. Visitation followed after the service. Committal Service was Sunday, December 19, 2010 at 2:00PM at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Morton Presbyterian Church.
