NASHVILLE - Funeral services for Theodore Pierce, 89, who died Sept. 20, 2010, were Sunday, Sept. 26 at 1 p.m. at St. John Baptist Church. Burial followed at New St. John Cemetery with Rev. Herbert Scott officiating.

Surviving: daughter, Cynthia Whitehead of Hampton, Ga.; son, Theodore Pierce, Jr., of the home; 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren.

Wake services were Sept. 25, from 7 - 8 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home in Nashville.
