Horace L. Felton Sr., 87, passed away Friday, September 03, 2010. A native of Rocky Mount, he was the son of the late Shade and Lula Felton. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Louise G. Felton; son, Lee Felton; brothers, Marvin, Jake, Arky, Vernon, Donnie, and Gordon Felton; and sister, Eunice Fowden.

He is survived by his brother, Clifton Felton of Rocky Mount and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 05, 2010 at Rocky Mount Memorial Park with Rev. David Beam officiating.
