Freddie “Fred” Franklin Frazier, 71, passed away Friday, July 30, 2010. He was born January 12, 1939 in Nash County. He was the son of the late John and Carrie Winstead Frazier, preceded in death by his first wife Susie P. Frazier; brothers, Dan and Allen Frazier; sister, Laura Smith; one granddaughter; one daughter-in-law.

He is survived by his wife Jean Barnes Frazier of the home; sons Freddie Ray and wife Sharon Frazier of Battleboro, Wade and wife Paula Frazier of Justice, Timothy Frazier of Lillington; step-son Ronald and wife Tammy Rowland of Nashville;  step-daughter Denise and husband Al Hill of Nashville, Angela and husband Andy Pate of Red Oak; sister Sylvia Tant of Rocky Mount; sisters-in-law Gladys Frazier of Rocky Mount, Barbara Jean Frazier of Rocky Mount; 15 grandchildrenl and 4 great-grandchildren.

The family  received friends Tuesday night from 7-9 p.m. at Johnson Funerals and Cremations.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, 11 am at Rocky Mount Memorial Park with the Pastor. Mark Tondee officiating.
