HOLLISTER - Geneva L. Richardson, 85, passed away on Saturday, June 5, 2010.

She is survived by four daughters, Christine Richardson of Louisburg, Mamie Richardson and Cherry Ann Avent, both of Hollister and Elaine Lynch of Rocky Mount; six sons, Roscoe Richardson of Hollister, Edward Lee Richardson of Chesterfield, VA, MacArthur Richardson of Richmond, VA and Tony Richardson, Nathaniel “Pete” Richardson and Kirkland Richardson, all of Hollister; two sisters, Bettie Mae Harrison, of Hollister and Mary Etta Hill, of Philadelphia, PA; 31 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 10 at 1 p.m. at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with the Reverend Linda Taybron officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Grove Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg on Wednesday, June 9 from 3 until 8 p.m.
