NASHVILLE - Funeral services for Burell Hill, 101, who died Wednesday, March 3, 2010, were Monday, March 8 at 3 p.m. at Union Hill Baptist Church. Burial followed at Union Hill Baptist Church cemetery with Rev. Thomas E. McCullers officiating.

Surviving: Mary Catherine Singleton of Bronx, N.Y., Caroletha Scrubb, of Brooklyn, N.Y., Bettie W. Sandifer of Nashville, Annie Joyner of Irvington, N.J.; sons, William D. Hill and Winfred Eugene Hill, both of Rocky Mount.

Wake services were on Sunday, March 7  at Richardson Funeral Home in Nashville, from 5 - 7 p.m.
