SPRING HOPE – Geraldine M. Edwards, 76, died Sunday, April 30, 2006.Funeral services were conducted on May 2 at Ephesus Baptist Church by the Rev. Gene Whitehouse and the Rev. Bill Wakefield. Entombment will be at a later date at Peachtree Baptist Church cemetery.

She was born in Franklin County to the late George and Harriett Moore. She was a member of Peachtree Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Alvin V. Edwards of the home; a daughter and son-in-law, Cindy E. and Howard Mitchell of Wake Forest; and two grandchildren.
