WHITAKERS - Funeral services for Maggie E. Johnson, 85, who died Friday, Feb. 26, 2010, will be Saturday, March 6 at 2 p.m. at  Pleasure Hill Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Rev. Wilson Battle officiating.

Surviving: daughters, Cornelia Richardson and Bettie Pittman, both of Whitakers, Doris Staton and Gloria Johnson , both of Rocky Mount; sons, Ollie Johnson, Jr., Samuel Johnson, and Randolph Johnson, all of Whitakers, Johnnie Johnson of Rocky Mount, Joseph Johnson of Hollister and Charles Johnson of Wilson; 46 grandchildren; 72 great-grandchildren; and 24 great-great grandchildren.

Open visitation will be Friday, March 5 from 3 - 8 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home in Nashville.
