ROCKY MOUNT - Cynthia Whitehead, of Rocky Mount, passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2009 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, September 2 with the visitation prior to the service from 1 until 2 p.m. The Rev. Matthew Tillery will officiate. Interment will take place immediately following the services in the Gardens of Gethsemane Cemetery.
