ROCKY MOUNT - Elder Jasper Spruill, 89, of Rocky Mount, died Sunday, July 12, 2009 at Life Care Hospital in Rocky Mount.

Funeral services were at 12 p.m. Saturday, July 18, 2009 at Ivory Hill Baptist Church in Enfield. Internment took place immediately following the service at Walter’s Chapel Church cemetery.

Visitation was Friday, July 17, 2009 in the Rocky Mount Chapel of H.D. Pope Funeral Home.
