ROCKY MOUNT - Edward Billy Williams, 74, died Friday, July 3, 2009 at Nash General Hospital in Rocky Mount.

Visitation for Mr. Williams was Friday, July 10, 2009 from 7 - 9 p.m. in the Rocky Mount Chapel of H.D. Pope Funeral Home.

Funeral services were at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 11, 2009 at Light of Peace Baptist Church in Rocky Mount with Bishop Lonnie M. Braswell officiating. Internment followed the service at Gardens of Gethsemane cemetery.
