NASHVILLE - David Lee Taylor, 78, passed away on October 17, 2026. Born on March 2, 1948, he was the son of the late Albert Taylor and Betty Taylor.

He is survived by his daughter, Deborah Taylor, and one brother, James Earl Taylor.

Along with his parents, David is preceded in death by his wife, Linda Taylor; three sisters, Marie Boykin, Mary Elizabeth Collins, and Ruby; and one brother, Roy Taylor.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on October 21, 2026, at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
