Mary Plummer Clark Jenkins, 82, passed away on October 12, 2026. She was born in Weldon on March 23,1944 to the late Nicholson Plummer Clark and Lucille Conner Clark. She was preceded in death by her brother Bill Taylor, her sister Kathleen Hoyt and grandson Skyler Jenkins.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Dick Jenkins; son Ricky Jenkins and wife Kelly; daughter Nicole Askew and husband Tim; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 16, 2026 at Cornerstone Funeral Home. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service (10 - 11 a.m.) Burial will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery.
