CASTALIA - James Edward Nanney passed away on August 17, 2026. He is preceded in death by his father, George Nanney; two brothers, Mark Nanney and Lee Nanney; and one step‑son, Marty Colley.

James is survived by his mother, Deloris Miracle; his partner of 50 years, Barbara Colley; one step‑daughter, Patrina Ross (Jerry); three brothers, David Nanney, Tommy Nanney, and Terry Nanney; and two sisters, Cookie and Rosland; three grandchildren; three great‑grandchildren.

The family has requested no services be held.
