Robert "Bobby" Landis, age 69, passed away July 15, 2026.

Bobby was preceded in death by his father and stepmother, George W. and Barbara Landis, and stepfather, J.D. Hines.

He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Sharon B. Landis; son, Matthew Willis of Wilmington, mother, Ethel Hines of Rocky Mount; brother, Billy Landis and wife, Dee of Macclesfield; his nieces, great-niece and nephew.

A service was held July 18, 2026 at Harvest Baptist Church, 2325 Old Mill Road, Rocky Mount. Burial followed at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
