BAILEY - Jeanette Ruth Dew, 86, passed away May 6, 2026. A funeral was held May 9, 2026, at White Oak Hill Free Will Baptist Church, Bailey. Interment followed in Bailey Town Cemetery, Bailey. Rev. Glenn Raven and Rev. Reuben Cason officiated.

Jeanette is survived by her daughters, Audrey D. Mitchell and Lori Dew; sons, Donald Wayne Dew and Ronald James Dew; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Joan Eatmon Larson, and her sister-in-law, Sandra Eatmon.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Janet Leigh Dew; parents, Oliver and Maggie Eatmon and her brother, Jack Lee Eatmon.
