BATTLEBORO - Tammy Marie Edmondson, age 63, passed away March 30, 2026.

She was born in Nash County on November 21, 1962, to William Rufus and Margaret B. Johnson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Katie Ellis; brothers, Charles "Butch" Johnson and Tommy Johnson; and nephew, Clifton Ray Ellis.

She is survived by her son, Billy Edmondson; sister, Betty Pierce; brother, Terry Johnson, all of Battleboro; four grandchildren; sister-in-law, Becky Johnson of Nashville; several nieces, nephews,and extended relatives.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at Davis-Little Funerals, 2Rocky Mount. Graveside service will follow at 11 a.m., Thursday at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
