ROCKY MOUNT - James Dennis Holland, age 73, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. Born in Haywood County on June 7, 1952, he was the son of the late Harry S. Holland and Martha Rollins Holland.

James is survived by his wife of 49 years, Pat Holland; his son, Jason Holland of Hendersonville; his daughters, Martha Braddy (TC) of Arden and Anna Holland (Andrew) of Cedar Point; four grandchildren; his brothers, Kenny Holland (Peggy) and Mike Holland; and his sister, Ann Fowler (James Fred).

A special gathering of family and friends was held March 27, 2026.
