SPRING HOPE - Margaret Ann Mitchell, age 83, passed away March 15, 2026.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 20, 2026 at 11a.m. at St. Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Spring Hope. Burial will follow at the Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4-7 p.m. at William Toney's Funeral Home Chapel in Spring Hope.

She is survived by her children, Adrienne Mitchell Thomas (Ronnie) of Castalia and Norman Mitchell (Tonya) of Spring Lake; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; her siblings, Maybell Harris of Louisburg, Frances Williams of New Jersey, Eddie Brinkley (Joyce) of Spring Hope, Otha Brinkly (Valerie) of Clayton; sister-in-law, Veronica Brinkley of Charlotte; nieces, nephews, and extended family.
