HOLLISTER - Funeral services for Curtis Richardson, age 85, who died on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 1 p.m. from the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg. Burial will follow in the Richardson Family Cemetery.

Cutis is survived by his daughter, Joy Pickett (Corey) of Raleigh; two sons, Clint Richardson (Shelby) of Raleigh, Alvin Richardson (Lisa) of Warrenton; six sisters, Lucille Richardson Hedgepeth, Venella Richardson, and Etherlean Rudd, all of Hollister, Ermajean Harrison (George) of Warrenton, Maxine Hedgepeth of Rocky Mount, Bernice Fraizer of Manhattan, NY; four brothers, Elliott Richardson (Paulette) and Leonard Richardson (Cecelie), both of Littleton, Henry Richardson of Hollister, Milton Richardson (Arlean) of Orlando, FL; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
