Dana Medlin Johnson, 45, passed away Sunday, February 8, 2026. She was born March 18, 1980 in Nash County. She was preceded in death her father, Philip Medlin; maternal grandparents, Carl and Janie Sills; paternal grandparents, Auburn and Lucille Medlin.

She is survived by her mother, Theresa Sills and companion Calvin; her husband, Terry Johnson; son, Alex Johnson; sisters, Terrell Batts (Jim) and Tonya Cooper; her nieces and nephews.
