GARNER - Rev. Robert (Bo-Joyner) Howell, 56, died Monday, March 16, 2009.

Funeral services were held Saturday, March 21 at 1 p.m. at Bunn Chapel Baptist Church, Nashville. Burial followed at Oakland Cemetery, Nashville.

Surviving: wife, Joanne Howell of the home; son, Antonio Richardson (April) of Nashville; step-sons, James J. Leake, Jr., Anthony Leake, Rico Leake, all of Garner; mother, Pauline Joyner of Nashville; sister, Phyllis Lacey of New Jersey; brothers, Donald Ray Joyner of Nashville and Henderson Joyner of Rocky Mount; 2 grandchildren; aunt, Wyonia Tucker of New Jersey.

Visitation was Friday, March 20 from 3 - 8 p.m. at William Toney’s Funeral Home, Spring Hope.
