Sharon Edwards Joyner Gagliano passed away on December 26, 2025. She was born in Nash County on November 7, 1937. Her parents were the late Mr. Thomas Nero Edwards and Mrs. Louise Bass Edwards (also known as "Jackie").

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Dan Wesley Edwards and William Thomas (Tommy) Edwards, and her daughter Charlotte Fern Lamm.

She is survived by her daughter Joy Joyner Cameron (husband Tony), and her husband of 16 years Charles William Gagliano; her nieces; several cousins; several step-grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, December 29, 2025 at Cornerstone Funeral Home with Eddie Finch officiating. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be private.
