Patricia Ann Smith Gold, 79, passed away November 8, 2025. She was born September 24, 1946 in Cleveland County to the late Yates Smith Jr and Nancy Sellers Smith. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Daniel Gold; grandchild Chandler Daniel Shores.

She is survived by her daughters Kandice Hendricks (Scott), Kimberly Gold Shores; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sister Ree Stempak; several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 11a.m. on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at Parkwood Baptist Church. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to UNC Health Hospice 2460 Curtis Ellis Dr Rocky Mount, NC 27804 or to the Alzheimer's Association at www.alz.org.
