Jean Peace Crabtree, 77, passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2025. She was born June 8, 1948. She loved reading, spending time with family and friends. Jean loved her family dearly and made sure they were never without. She loved the beach and the mountains She retired form CenturyLink with 25 years of service. She went back to work at ILCO with at least 10 years of service before getting the news of cancer, which she fought and won. God healed her body. Jean was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Lee Peace and Dolly Mae Peace; seven brothers; three sisters; and a great-grandson.

She is survived by her son, Dennis Overman; daughter, Rhonda Joines; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brother, Doug Peace Sr.; sister, Frances Harlow;

A celebration of life will be held at a later date at West Mount Emmanuel Church.
