Rocky Mount - Connie Upchurch Goodman age 72, passed away September 30, 2025.

She was born on May 15, 1953, in Bunn and moved to Rocky Mount in 1961 at age 8. She was preceded in death by her parents, Milton and Mozelle Upchurch, and brother, Donnie Richard Upchurch.

She is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Hough and husband, Jason of Raleigh; brother, Ronnie Upchurch and wife, Diane of Nashville; two grandchildren; sister-in-law, Genny Upchurch of Nashville; three great-grandchildren; Rebecca's father, Chuck Inscoe of Battleboro; former spouse, Jeffrey Goodman of Wilmington; many nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended relatives.

A service will be held at 12 p.m., Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Ridgecrest Worship Center, 1120 West Mount Drive, Rocky Mount. Burial will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:00 -11:45 a.m.
