ROCKY MOUNT - Freddie Richardson passed away on September 21, 2025.

Funeral services were held September 26, 2025 at Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church, Rocky Mount. Interment was at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.

He is survived by his children, Ricky (Tatessia) Richardson of Tampa, Florida and Shelby (Michael) Vines of Rocky Mount; his siblings, Barbara and Nora Ann, both of Baltimore, MD, Clarence Jr. (Myrtis) of Zebulon, Lizzie of Greenville, Joyce (Johnny) of Riley Hill, Mother Pearl ( Jimmy) of Bailey, and Minister Judith (John) of Bunn; three grandchildreni, and one great-grandchild; sisters-in-law, Vanessa of Douglasville, GA and Rachael of Raleigh; brother-in-law, Percy of Senoia, GA; several nieces and nephews.
