SPRING HOPE - Bernice Wilkins Blackmon, age 92, passed away on September 29, 2025.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 5, 2025 at 2 p.m. at the St. Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Spring Hope. Burial will follow at Spring Hope Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 2-6 p.m. at William Toney's Funeral Home in Spring Hope.

She is survived by her children, Earl Wilkins, Judy Richardson and Eugene Wilkins (Deborah) all of Spring Hope, Rachel Clemons (Prentis) of Zebulon, Danny Ray Wilkins (Gwen) of Louisburg, Herbert Wilkins of Spring Hope, Elizabeth Williams (Rev. Kenneth) of Raleigh and Jeanice Boose of Wilson; one sister, Edith Taybron of Spring Hope; several grandchildren, great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
