Bernice Alice Gouge, 85, passed away July 24, 2025.

She was born June 19, 1940. She is preceded in death by her parents Jesse Pipkin and Alton Pipkin, sister Mary Lou Proulx, Elizabeth Duncan, and brother Jerry Pipkin.

Bernice is survived by her husband John; son, John W. Gouge; daughters, Janice Gouge Lazarte, and Debra L. Gouge; brothers, John Pipkin (Barb) Thomas Pipkin (Jean); disters, Linda Brown (Len), Patricia Warren; six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.

A celebration of Life will be held 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at Rocky Mount Church of Nazarene, Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
