RED OAK - Mary "Angelane" Frazier Smith, age 87, passed away June 9, 2025. Born in Nash County on October 25, 1937, she was the daughter of the late James William "Willie" Frazier and Angie Pearl Greene Frazier. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Frederick Smith; her son-in-law, Allen Dale Alford; her granddaughter, Mary Lindsay Alford; her great granddaughter, Riley Grace Killebrew; and her brother, Willie Greene Frazier.

She is survived by her daughters, Glenda Kay Smith Alford and Angie Elizabeth Smith Waters and husband, Glenn; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and her nephews.

A memorial graveside service will be held June 13, 2025, at 10 a.m. at Red Oak Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Chris Fowler officiating. Visitation with the family will be following the service at the cemetery.
