ROCKY MOUNT - Sandra Strickland, age 74, passed away May 9, 2025.

A memorial service was held May 17, 2025, at William Toney's Funeral Home, Spring Hope.

She is survived by one daughter, Darcell Strickland of Rocky Mount; two sons, Maurice Battle and Cornelius Battle (Dorothy Shaw), both of Rocky Mount; four grandchildren.
