HOLLISTER - Funeral services for Shirley Marbury, age 68, who died on Thursday, April 3, 2025, were held April 11, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. from the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg with Rev. Thomas Richardson, officiating. Burial followed in the family cemetery, Hollister.

She is survived by four daughters, Antionette Johnson and Sherlina Johnson both of Hollister, Matilda Alston of Warrenton and April Marbury of the home; one son, Dotà Marbury (Shaniqua) of Rocky Mount; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
