BATTLEBORO - Shirley Wall Everette, age 80, passed away Saturday, April 12, 2025. She was born in Nash County on December 27, 1944, daughter of Clyde and Emma Jones Wall. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kirby Lee Everette; brother, Joe Wall and sister, Margaret Chance.

She is survived by her son, Shane Richardson and wife, Pam of Tarboro; brother, Charles Lee Wall, also of Tarboro; one grandchild; one nephew; special friend and companion, Kenneth B. Alexander of Battleboro.

A service will be held at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at Davis-Little Funerals, 2129 Lawrence Circle, Rocky Mount. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 11a.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Nash County Animal Shelter, 3600 Eastern Ave, Rocky Mount, NC 27804.
