BAILEY - Dixie Elizabeth Howell, 84, passed away Friday, March 28, 2025, and her wishes were not a formal service.

Dixie is survived by her sons, John Howell and wife, Amy, and Stephen Howell and significant other, Caroline; two grandchildren; step-grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Howell and her parents, Ernest and Esther Bottoms.
