WHITAKERS - Wilma Lorraine Walston Heath, age 69, passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2025. Born in Edgecombe County on August 6, 1955, she was the daughter of the late William Henry Walston and Lorraine Galloway Walston.

Wilma is survived by her daughter, Gina Rouse and her husband, Shane; her son, Jamie Bullock; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; her companion and special friend, William Reginald Edwards of Whitakers; her brother, Bobby Walston and wife, Evelyn, of Tarboro; and many extended family members.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 4, 2025, at 2 p.m. at Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Rocky Moun. Burial will follow the service at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. Visitation with the family will be from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. prior to the service.
