BAILEY - Phyllis Ann Lamm Cone, 61, passed away February 14, 2025.

She is survived by her daughter, Krystal Villalba; brother, Timothy Potter-Lamm, and his spouse Daniel; five grandchildren.

Preceding her in death are her parents, Steve and Frances Lamm Eatman; daughter, Lori Lamm; and her brother, Johnny Lamm.
