ELM CITY - Ashley Sierra Bottoms, 39, passed away Tuesday, November 12, 2024. She was born in Nash County on November 11, 1985. Ashley was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Bobby and Hazel Glover and her paternal grandparents, Charlie and Mary Bottoms.

She is survived by her son, Ashton Langley; parents, Glenn and Vickey Bottoms; brother, Bobby Bottoms; sister, Shanna Strickland (Daniel); nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.

A service was held November 16, 2024 at Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Rocky Mount with Pastor Lin Robinson officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Ashley's name to Deborah Unmuted, P.O. Box 1745, Elm City, NC 27822, a fellowship of Christian women who encourages, supports, and uplifts other women.
