ROCK CREEK BAPTIST CHURCH
Rock Creek Baptist Church will host a Fall Festival and BBQ plate sale on Saturday, Sept. 26. Plate pick up is from 12 noon - 1:30 p.m. Plate tickets can be purchased from any church member for $10 each. A limited number of extra plates will be available on the day of the festival, first come basis for $10 cash. Festival activities are from 10 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. Activities include free games, music and snacks. The church is located at 1238 Rock Creek Dr., Nashville.

Philadelphia Baptist Church will host its BBQ Chicken Plate Sale on Friday, Oct. 2, 202 beginning at 11 a.m.- until. Chicken plates will also include green beans, potatoes and dessert. Eat in or take out. Plates of $10 each. The church is located at 6701 Taylor Store Rd., Nashville.

NORTH ROCKY MOUNT
CHURCH OF GOD
North Rocky Mount Church of God will host a community fun day on Saturday, Oct. 3 from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. The even includes food, fun, games, giveaways and more. Everyone is welcome to attend. The church is located at 2413 Goldrock Rd., Rocky Mount.

NASHVILLE METHODIST CHURCH
Nashville Methodist Church is celebrating the 50th Anniversary of their Weekday School Program. In 1976, the program started with four classes of 3 and 4 year olds, and three teachers, including the director. Today there are 20 staff members and 125 students. To celebrate there will be an outdoor celebration open to the community at Nashville Methodist Church. Everyone is welcome to attend whether you have been a part of this program or not. Bring your children, grandchildren, and friends. The event will be held Saturday, Sept. 26 from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. which will include outdoor community fun with bouncy houses, food trucks, and fun for all ages. From 1 pm to 3 pm a special time to gather with past directors, teachers and students in Cockrell Hall (outdoor activities will continue during this time).
