NASHVILLE - Mollie L. Evans, age 75, passed away Sunday, July 7, 2024. She was born on September 6, 1948 in Nash County to Isaac Bryant Evans and Mary Carr Evans, both of whom preceded her in death.

She is survived by her children, Sherrie McAlhany (Dwayne) of Garner, Karen Driver (Keith) of Rocky Mount and Stephen Moore of Nashville; sisters, Sallie Crocker of Macclesfield, Jean Hammond (Dwight) of Taylors, SC and Joan Broglin of Wilmington and brother-in-law, James Moore of Rocky Mount; 2 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; several nieces, nephews and other extended relatives.

The family will host a memorial service at 11a.m. on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at Corinth Baptist Church, 2883 N Hwy 58, Nashville and will receive friends immediately following.
