ROCKY MOUNT - Thomas Crawford Looney, 89, passed away May 10, 2024.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Peggy Daniel Looney; his three daughters, Ashlin Looney Gravely and her husband Keen of Rocky Mount, Stuart Looney Allen (William) of Arlington, Virginia, and Elizabeth Looney McGuire (Scott) of Gilbert, South Carolina; eight grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and two on the way; by his sisters, Mary Corinth Williams, Gwendoline Corinth Trieber (Frank); and his brother, Albert Corinth; his brother-in-law Bert Daniel (Frankie); nieces and nephews and their children.

A service was held May 14, 2024 at Redeemer Church, Rocky Mount officiated by Dr. Dayton Hartman and Chaplain (MJR) William H. Allen, IV.
