ROCKY MOUNT - Wanda Louise Arnold Capps, 71, passed away March 1, 2024. She was born June 10, 1952 in Franklin County, daughter of James Edward Arnold, Sr. and Thelma Wheeless Arnold. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Capps and nephew, Dale Narron.

She is survived by her brother, Cecil Arnold (Carol) of Morehead City; sister, Clara Jane Narron of Wilson; nephews, nieces, and great-nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 9, 2024 from 11:30 - 12:30 p.m. at Davis-Little Funerals, 2129 Lawrence Circle, Rocky Mount. A graveside service will follow at 1 p.m. at Rocky Mount Memorial Park, 4544 Dortches Blvd, Rocky Mount.
