MIDDLESEX - James Aaron Canady, age 70, passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2024.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, February 18, 2024, at Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church, Middlesex. Interment will follow at Spring Hope Memorial Gardens, Spring Hope.

A viewing will be held from 4-7 p.m. Saturday, February 17, 2024, at William Toney's Funeral Home, Spring Hope.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Canady of the home; three sons, Christopher Canady, Adam Canady (Shfiela), and James Canady Jr. (Tasha); one daughter, Shauna (Trent) Williams; a bonus son, Deon Canady; a bonus daughter, Earlene (Kendra) Hunter; two brothers, David Canady and Marshall Canady; three sisters, Barbara (Larry) Johnson, Olivia (Terrance) Cunningham, and JoAnne (Greg) Pope; 16 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; a host of cousins, nieces, nephews.
