NASHVILLE - Deborah "Debbie" Beckett, age 62, passed away January 25, 2024. Her journey began in Hampton, Virginia on February 10, 1961, daughter of James Dean and Sandra Carlock Shannon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her aunt, Linda Carlock and special family friend, Leroy Carter.

She is survived by her children, Brandon Seay (Hollie) of Franklin, Va, Keith Allen Beckett (Britney) of Virginia Beach, Va, Shannon Macias (Ryan Martin) of Nashville and Allen Beckett (Carmelina) of Kentucky; brother, James "Jimmy" Shannon of Fayetteville; eleven grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other extended relatives.

A private memorial will be held at a later date.
