ROCKY MOUNT - Ben Langley, 73, passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2024. He was born June 7, 1950 in Edgecombe County to Rebecca and Benjamin Langley, Sr. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jackie Joyner Langley; son, Benjamin "Benjie" Jackson Langley, III and brother, John Harrell.

He is survived by his daughters, Ashley Rebecca Langley of Rocky Mount and Holly Kea Blythe (Michael) of Spring Hope; 3 granddaughters; sister, Toni Driver of Rocky Mount and close friend that he loved as a son, Thomas Matthews (Frances) of Rocky Mountl several nieces, nephews, sister-in-laws and grand-nieces and nephews.

A private memorial service is planned for a later date.
