Evelyn Moore Parker, 84, passed away Friday, December 1, 2023. She was born August 29, 1939 in Nash County to the late Reuben and Ruby Johnson Moore. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Henry Parker; by two brothers and three sisters.

She is survived by two sons, William Lee Parker (Michelle) and Danny Ray Parker; two daughters, Terry Honeycutt (David) and Sherry King (Brian); two brothers, Alvin (Betty) and Alton Moore; 8 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.

A graveside service was held December 4, 2023 with Pastor Phillip Boseman officiating at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
