Joseph Earl Harper, 76, passed away Thursday, November 9, 2023. He was born November 8, 1947 to the late William and Madelyn Holland Harper. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Harper; grandchild, Allyssa Colclough; brother, Tim Harper and sister, Delores Churchill.

He is survived by his significant other, Debbie Sutton; son, David Harper (Shannon); daughter, Cyndi Moore; brother, Dr. Tommy Harper (Linda); 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside inurnment will be held Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 11 a.m. with Dr. Tommy Harper officiating at Red Oak Baptist Church Cemetery.
