Peggy Blackburn Woodruff, 86, passed away November 9, 2023. She was born August 23, 1937 to the late Raymond and Edna Blackburn. She is also preceded in death by her grandson Matt Denton; brother Reggie Blackburn.

Peggy is survived by her husband of 68 years, Aubry Woodruff; son Jeff Woodruff (Fran), daughter Susan Denton (Ronnie); one grandchild; three great-grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held at 2 p,m, on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, 4848 Pleasant Grove Church Road Nashville, with Rev. Ted Jones officiating. Burial will the follow the service in the church cemetery. The family will visit after the committal service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
