BAILEY - Phillip Richard Humphres, 62, passed away August 16, 2023. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at 6 p.m. at Marsh Swamp Original FWB Church, 6664 Rock Ridge School Road, Sims.

Phillip is survived by his wife, Linda W. Humphres; daughters, Melissa VanMeter and husband, Larry, and Crystal Thomas and husband, Dave; son, Wendell Humphres and wife, Alisha; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brothers, Anthony Humphres, and Robert Humphres and wife, Lisa, and his daughter-in-law, Sandy Worley.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wendell and Jetta Humphres, and two grandsons.
